The point of today’s exercise is simply for you to get your feet wet and to get a website online that you can play and experiment with. Don’t worry too much about what this first website is going to be about; just get something online. After you complete this first project and feel comfortable with the process of putting together a professional looking website, then you can start developing your passive income website portfolio.
If you offer freelance services or have a physical services business, then creating a blog is a must. On your blog, you can write about the services you offer and how they will benefit your clients. Importantly you can add a ‘Services’ page, outlining the services you provide, what they include, and any other important information potential clients may need. This is an effective way to promote your services, generate leads, and increase your revenue.

Simon, I’ve got to tell you it’s so nice to hear you emphasize the fact that it takes effort to be successful as well as it does not happen overnight. Too many marketers and scammers promise overnight riches and we all no that’s not realistic. Your success ges to prove that anyone can build a successful online business. Best of success with your future endeavors. Keep living the dream!
We’ve definitely had different experiences though. The information inside the Internet Jetset course is really good, and unless we’re talking about something different, it’s only $47 (which isn’t unreasonable for what you’re getting). I did mention in my review though that I wouldn’t recommend it as your only source of information for building an online business.
It’s something akin to picking stocks. You want to buy undervalued domains, and sell them later on at a higher price. For example, you can pick a domain that is out of favor, but could be related to some future event. So if you decide that the stock market is likely to crash in the future, you can buy a domain that includes the words stock market crash during a rising market, and then sell it in a falling market.
18. CraigsList – Some things don’t ship very well. Other things may make you feel uncomfortable to sell to someone across the country. Anytime you’re selling a large item or something you just don’t want to ship, Craigslist is a great place to go. It’s simple to list your item (again, take good pictures!). If you don’t like the idea of putting your phone number out there, the interested individual can send you a message to your inbox without even getting your email address.

I interviewed Michelle on The Work at Home Woman years ago. Since that time her blogging business has skyrocketed to the tune of $100K a month! How does she do it? The majority of Michelle's blogging income is earned through affiliate marketing, and now she's sharing her affiliate marketing secrets in her new training course. I had the chance to look over this course, and it's an awesome foundation for beginners. The course includes six modules with over 30 lessons, plus worksheets, bonuses and a private Facebook Group which is very active. The cost is $197 or two payments of $99. Michelle offers a 30-day money back satisfaction guarantee on her course.
I used to be a corporate slave, and have become an internet millionaire in 4 short years. Check out this playlist to learn the 3 secrets that corporations dont want you to know, https://www.youtube.com/wat...... . This explains why working a job is not the right path. I used to wake up to an alarm clock, spent 2 hours in traffic each day, worked a job I hated, and had a boss who underpaid me. I now travel the world with my wife and child, have a beautiful house in Venice Beach California, wake up anytime I choose, and have a business which pays me every single day whether I work or not. I've made it my mission to teach others how they can do the same, by giving people access to me every single week, as well as a training program which shows people my step by step system. If you are ready to get started right away, and motivated to make a change in your life, you can signup for my training here, https://goo.gl/7tUaEq
Interesting overview onf John Crestani’s Internet Jetset. It reminds me of Anik Singal’s Inbox Blueprint where there is good training that is well organized, but as soon as you try to implement anything, you are spending money to join this and that. What bothered me is that I was somewhat guilted out about not spending the money — like I wasnt serious about becoming an affiliate marketer if my wallet wasnt bottomless. Is the same attitude displayed by IJ?

You can purchase a theme that is integrated with powerful course plugin and is suitable for your website. I can recommend one from the latest release theme listing on ThemeForest which is Lincoln WordPress Theme – amazing theme using latest Material Design. I have purchased this and it totally surpassed my expectations, given me the feeling of satisfaction and bring in a full-fledged website with amazing course listing and course detail page design.
Work-At-Home School isn't just one course, it's a curriculum package where you can pick and choose the courses that will up-level your skills, to get you moving in the right direction. With Work-At-Home School, there are three different tiers to choose from starting a side hustle, to full-time self-employment, and beyond. The courses included in Work-At-Home School are taught by highly-qualified experts in their niches. Also, Work-At-Home School comes with a money-back guarantee; if you enroll and don’t see any results from your efforts after one year, they’ll refund your money.
Now next, you’ll want to pick a WordPress theme from somewhere like ThemeForest, Elegant Themes or OptimizePress. This is the barebones design of your site, which you can then customize with your own branding, copy, and images. That being said, you don’t want to cheap out. It costs less than $100 to buy a theme that will make your website look professional (and you can upgrade to a completely custom design once you get the business going).
Drop shipping is another great ‘hands-off’ way to sell products. Firstly you will need to find businesses that sell products in your niche that offer a drop shipping service. Then you will need to create a website promoting and selling the products. When you make a sale, you take the payment on your site and then the manufacturer ships the goods to the buyer. The profit comes from charging a higher rate than the manufacturer, and if you are selling a high number of products this can quickly add up to a healthy revenue.
You could, in theory, just not write a review for those products that are no good… but you’ll be spending countless hours to test several products just to find one that’s good. But for launch jacking to work, you need to test and review products quickly (to beat your competitors to it) and frequently (up to several a week) because not all of them will rank well in Google or on Bing. You might do 10 reviews and only 3 make it to the front page of the search engine results (if any at all).
17. Amazon – Have you heard of FBA? It stands for “Fulfilled by Amazon” and it’s getting pretty popular. Basically, you buy products (in bulk is best) and ship them to Amazon for them to store. When your products sell, Amazon packs them up, ships them out and sends you the money (after taking their cut). There are people making a full-time living from FBA, while others just do it for some extra money.

A final option is a service such as Teachable or Ruzuku, both of which offer some of the benefits of self-hosted with the ease and speed of Udemy. These options have easy creation and upload like the course service marketplaces, but you can add your own domain, and customize your school like in self-hosted options. Some offer their resources for free, with more bells and whistles with paid plans. Most integrate with PayPal, or you can use their payment service.
First off, I’m a blogger so it seems wrong not to mention it, but more importantly, it’s a legitimate way to make money. It’s quite possibly the least straight-forward way on this list, but it’s very doable and it’s also quite possibly the funnest way on this list. I love blogging and I know hundreds of bloggers who feel the same. So let’s talk about making money blogging and what it really means.
To get started with Amazon affiliate marketing you will need to sign up with Amazon Affiliates. Then subtly market products on your site that are relevant to your niche and will be of interest to your audience. Make sure you only endorse high-quality products. If your visitors make a purchase on your recommendation but are not impressed with the item, you could quickly lose followers.
6. IZEA – IZEA works in addition to a blog or on its own. You get paid to blog, tweet, take photos and take videos. The pay is mostly based on your following, so if you want to make money with your tweets, you’ll need to grow you Twitter following.  Likewise, if you want to make money with blogs, you’ll need substantial blog traffic (more on blogging below).

I have 3 VAs. I couldn’t function without them. It doesn’t matter how big or how small a business is, they all need help running their day-to-day administrative tasks. Virtual assistants perform a variety of tasks that a traditional assistant or secretary would normally do, including making travel arrangements, paying bills, or managing expense reimbursements. I use them to upload content, optimize images, brief writers etc.

A website called AchieveMint gives you points for engaging in healthy activities, like exercise, tracking your eating habits, or even taking health related surveys. Points can be redeemed either for cash (10,000 points are worth $10) or for Amazon Gift Cards. The app actually connects with other health apps, like Fitbit and MyFitnessPal, to track your progress.
What's great about the business plan that I teach you is not only the income level you will accomplish if you follow through, but all that you will learn in the process. The first lesson you are taught is how to build a website or blog using WordPress on your own domain (without having to learn how to code). The skills you learn in this course will enable you to build all kinds of online businesses and open the door for all kinds of entrepreneurial projects you may have.

At one point he shows the Youtuber Casey Neistat as an example, not a lot of people know him as an affiliate marketer but John does make a good point of showing that he actually is. There was one moment here though that got my attention. That was when he said that the link to Beme (he pronounced it wrong) in the video description was an affiliate link to a product Casey was promoting. He said that Casey would make a buck or two if you downloaded it but I know that Beme was actually a fully fledged technology start up Casey co-founded that used millions of dollars of investor money. It’s not an affiliate product Casey was promoting for a “buck or two”. This just shows the confidence John has to sometime’s spout out stuff he knows absolutely nothing about.

Then once you’ve got your domain name and hosting sorted out, it’s time to pick a CMS, or Content Management System, that will let you update pages, build your blog and integrate with all the other services you need. It’s hard to go wrong with WordPress—the CMS powering close to a quarter of the internet. Keep in mind that eventually as you start growing traffic to your blog, you'll be wise to invest in a managed WordPress hosting plan from a company with great service like Kinsta, where all of the settings are custom-tailored and optimized to work particularly well with WordPress-powered websites.
Not my experience, this site most be one of Johns students, the info is over priced, and the pyramidal scheme with his other businesses is not nice, you feel you are trained to be one of his bots in the upper chains, second all the time they are brainwashing you with their emotional motivational stuff, third a very uncool no return policy, he says he will give you the money back if you dont like it, guess what he wont, even in his website they say we dont give money back just in extreme cases, whats that?

One of the most beautiful and exciting qualities about blogging is that you can create a blog that deals with any subject area that you are either knowledgeable or passionate about (and preferably both!). You can write about personal finance, careers, real estate, getting into business, technology, cooking, travel, personal health, or just about any topic you choose.
The focus of the presentation should be on the audience and the need you are trying to provide solutions for. Most events allow for some self-promotion in your presentation, but, even if they don’t people will look you up. All you need to have is a good looking website, LinkedIn profile and social media directing them towards the course you are selling.
Creating a jobs board website can be another profitable venture. The ‘jobs’ field can be quite saturated, so it is important to find a niche that is still crying out for a jobs board website. Monetize this type of site by charging businesses to list their jobs on your site. Those searching for jobs could also be charged a fee to access the higher paying job adverts.
The music industry might not be as strong as it was in the 80s, but there are still plenty of ways to make money online as a musician. Sites like SoundBetter let you sell your services as a songwriter, producer, or session musician to thousands of customers a month. While Musicbed, Music Vine, Marmoset, and SongFreedom are perfect for licensing your music to TV shows, movies, and web series.
